Shipping Policy 

We ship orders on Tuesdays, every week. If you order on Tuesday it might be shipped the following week. Delivery times are only guidelines. 

You can calculate your shipping cost before checkout by visiting your cart. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by USPS, Canada Post, or Chit Chats unless the package was not delivered to the correct address.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, if the package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided during checkout, we will not be able to offer a refund.

If your order was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend reaching out to the shipping provider directly for assistance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with a product purchased, or believe an item to be defective or damaged, we will be happy to refund or exchange for another item.

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at: mail@badaboom-studio.com

Returned items must be in the same condition that they were sent to qualify for a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees to return the item.

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the parcel. It can take up to 5 days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
